A federal arrest warrant was issued on May 17 against Ramsell Jadiel Alamo Riveraalleged confessed murderer of Mariela Crystal Seda Ocasio, for violations of her conditional freedom.

Alamo Rivera was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty in 2019 to a charge of carjacking.

The complaint from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) established that in December 2018, Alamo Rivera intercepted a woman in a multi-story parking lot in Canovanas and, threatening to kill her, stole her car.

In his attempt to escape, he crashed several vehicles and then tried to escape on foot, until police took him into custody. He later confessed to the carjacking.

After serving prison, last August he began a period of three years of conditional freedom, but by November the problems began, when he tested positive for marijuana in the doping tests.
