The Police activated an Ashanti Alert on Monday night after the disappearance of a 19-year-old young man, identified as Christian Murphy Negronwho was last seen on November 19, in the vicinity of the Metropolitano hospital in San Juan.
The Commissioner of the Uniformed Police, Antonio Lopez Figueroa, reported, through written statements, that Murphy Negron was reported missing by his mother, Brendaliz Negron Rosado.
According to Lopez Figueroa, the investigation to find the whereabouts of the teenager was initiated by agents of the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) of San Juan, after the disappearance was reported.
The young man was described as five feet six inches (5″6′) tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with a white complexion and brown hair and eyes. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black shirt, navy blue shorts and black tennis shoes.
The Ashanti Alert It is activated, expeditiously, by the Police Bureau when there are adults over 18 years of age missing, whose safety is understood to be compromised, even due to a kidnapping.
