An argument over a motor vehicle led a 39-year-old man to shoot his brother at his residence, located in the Second Section of Levittown, in Toa Baja, around 4:50 pm on Friday.

According to a police report, Juan Carlos Muniz Rosado, 39 years old, He took a gun out of a car and shot his brother in front of the house..

Later, the authorities managed to arrest Muniz Rosado, who resisted arrest.

Criminal charges were filed against the man for attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, shooting and obstruction of public authority.
