Christian Encarnacion pushes the final race and Alexis Diaz scores the victory

Nick Martini came off the bench to hit a game-tying three-run homer in the eighth inning and the Puerto Rican Christian Encarnacion-Strand drove in Elly De La Cruz in the ninth inning so the Cincinnati Reds came from behind to win 7-6 over the Seattle Marinersleaders of the American League West.

The Reds overcame four RBIs from Rodriguez and Teoscar Hernandez’s two-run homer in the first inning for their fourth win in their last five games.

Hernandez’s home run was the sixth in his last 10 games and extended his season-high hitting streak to 14 games, one short of matching Rodriguez’s team’s season-high 15-game streak. , who was arrested on Sunday.
