Edgar Mendoza, regional prosecutor in Tijuana, confirmed to the media the appearance of these blankets and announced that the corresponding investigations are already being carried out, in addition that there is a person detained for these events, who is accused of terrorism and possession of psychotropic substances.
”We are aware of the location of these blankets and investigations have already begun; There is a person detained for the crime of terrorism, not so much because of the content, but because of the fear it instills in society and we do not know that information (if they belong to the criminal group that signs the blankets), ”he said.
