Federal evidentiary motion reveals details of the crime of the alleged confessed feminicide Ramsell Alamo Rivera

A motion from the Probation Office of the Federal Court in San Juan publicly revealed details about the murder of Mariela Crystal Seda Ocasio, last April, who allegedly confessed Ramsell Alamo Rivera.

The femicide case is state-owned, but the information is contained in a document presented by said agency to expand information about Alamo Rivera’s violations of the conditions of freedom that federal judge Pedro Delgado had dictated to him in 2019 in a sentence for “carjacking”.

“As reported in the state complaints of April 13, 2024, in the early morning hours at the Yess Motel in Carolina, Mr. Alamo Rivera killed Mrs. Mariela Crystal Seda Ocasio, with whom he shared an intimate emotional relationship, and a trusted friendship,” the motion states.

He added that “Alamo Rivera grabbed her by the neck, applying pressure to the neck area and causing her death. She then disposed of her body by depositing it in a public place located in the Candelaria neighborhood, in Toa Baja.”
