Cincinnati- Fernando Tatis Jr. hit a tiebreaking double in the 10th inning, and the San Diego Padres beat the reeling Cincinnati Reds 6-4 on Thursday to win the series.

Venezuelan Luis Arraez, who had 10 hits in the three-game series, reached with a bunt single at the beginning of the tenth that sent Dominican automatic runner Luis Campusano to third. Tatis hit the double to left field off Sam Moll (0-1) and drove in Campusano. Arraez scored on Jake Cronenworth’s sacrifice fly.

Cincinnati was silenced at the bottom. Venezuelan closer Robert Suarez struck out Elly De La Cruz, walked Jeimer Candelario and got his fourteenth save with flyouts by Mike Ford and Spencer Steer.
