Four people were arrested – three adults and one minor – after the stabbing of another minor last night in the Usera district of Madrid, sources from the National Police informed EFE, who stated that one of the detained adults is Spanish and the other two Dominican citizens.
The 13-year-old boy suffered a penetrating stab wound to the side, in the right hemithorax, and was taken conscious but in serious condition to the Nino Jesus hospital in the Spanish capital after being treated at the scene by the Emergency Service. Municipal Emergency Assistance-Civil Protection (Samur-PC), said Emergencies Madrid.
According to the data provided by the Police, which keeps all avenues of investigation open, the victim of the attack is of Spanish nationality. One of the detained adults is also Spanish and the other two have Dominican nationality.
The attack is being investigated by the Police Information Brigade.
The event, according to the Madrid Emergency report, occurred shortly before midnight in Spain on one of the streets in the Usera neighborhood, in the south of the city, where many groups of the migrant population reside, especially Asians and Latin Americans.
