He did it again! Jamal Murray knocks LeBron James and the Lakers out of the way with spectacular basket

Denver – Jamal Murray scored 32 points despite a calf strain and scored the game-winning basket with 3.6 seconds left as the defending NBA champion Denver Nuggets knocked LeBron James out of the playoffs again with a victory 108-106 over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5 of the first round on Monday night.

James’ two free throws tied the score at 106 with 26 seconds left and the Nuggets, just as they did in Game 2, avoided calling time and Murray took the ball on a high screen and rolled to his left, shaking off Austin Reaves and hit the winning basket.

He was also the hero in the second game of the series with another last-second shot.

“This one was a little better,” Murray said amid the celebration.

Nikola Jokic, who committed an unusual seven turnovers, narrowly missed his 19th career playoff triple-double with 25 points, 20 rebounds and nine assists and Michael Porter Jr. scored 26.
