“Yesterday (Wednesday) there was more rain in more areas. The field was much wider, but today it must be much more concentrated in the central area and inland municipalities such as Orocovis and Utuado”, he stressed.

The meteorologist warned, however, that Water bodies will continue to be impacted by runoff and some are expected to experience flooding..

The SNM, in San Juan, issued this morning, at around 3:00 am on Thursday, a flood warning for Barceloneta and Ciales due to the overflowing of the Manati River, which flooded parts of the PR-2 highway in that area.
