The Ethics Commission of the House of Representatives will determine, next Tuesday, whether the complaint presented by the general secretary of the Popular Democratic Party (PPD), Gerardo “Tonito” Cruzagainst Jose “Memo” Gonzalez Mercado for not including, in their financial reports, income related to a business, in Arecibo, of which the legislator of the New Progressive Party (PNP) is co-owner.

To constitute a majority, the determination must have the vote of at least six members.
