The National Hurricane Center (NHC) granted in the early hours of this Tuesday a 50% chance of development in the next 48 hours and 80% in the next seven days to an area of low pressure moving across the Atlantic Ocean.
Named as the Invest 94Lat 2:00 am this low pressure area was located midway between the Windward Islands and Cape Verde in Africa.
Invest 94L maintains an area of disorganized rain with thunderstorms.
Environmental conditions are expected to give way to the gradual development of this system, transforming into a tropical depression in the coming days as it continues its movement toward the West-Northwest across the central and western Atlantic.
