Puerto Rican shooter Julian Strawther missed the NBA champion Denver Nuggets’ final preseason game due to a sprained right ankle.
The Nuggets beat the Clippers 103-90 prior to the start of the 2023-24 NBA season, which begins next Tuesday. Denver hosts the Los Angeles Lakers.
According to a report, the severity of the injury to the 21-year-old forward, a Gonzaga graduate, is unknown.

He recorded an outstanding participation in the preseason with the Nuggets. In four games, he averaged 17.7 points in 23.2 minutes of action.
