Miss Universe Puerto Rico Karla Guilfu joins other Latina candidates for a good cause

Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2023, Karla Guilfu was sharing in the city of Miami with her colleagues from the international pageant to benefit the non-profit organization “Smile Train.”

During the queens meeting The representative of Puerto Rico was accompanied by the misses of Argentina, Aruba, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru and Venezuela.

The Smile Train organization is dedicated to providing corrective surgeries to children with cleft lip and palate.

“Smile Train is the largest organization in the world dedicated to caring for boys and girls born with cleft lips at no cost. With a sustainable model, the organization manages to add smiles in more than 70 countries. What an honor to be part of this event and to continue raising funds to transform lives. A smile is not only the reaction of something pleasant, it can also be the cause of positive feelings”, Guilfu public accompanied by a video of the event on his social networks.

For one of this weekend’s events the model wore a spectacular dress with feathers by Puerto Rican designer Stella Nolasco.
