Ozuna sets his sights on regional Mexican music: “It is being felt all over the world”

Mexico City – The Puerto Rican singer Ozunawho promotes his new tour Mexicoshared in an interview with EFE that he plans to venture into the regional Mexican genre, which he “loves,” as well as the country’s nascent reggaeton.

“The regional mexican music and Mexican music in general, has a lot to give. This is just beginning, it is being felt throughout the world. I think they are seeing it, from Peso Pluma, Junior H, Nata (Natanael Cano), to all the new artists that are growing,” he considered.

As a musician, Ozuna highlighted “the arrangements” of the genre that ranges from corridos tumbados, to the band and northern musicand said that he “loves seeing it live” and the “emotion” it produces.

The urban artist announced that he is preparing collaborations with figures from regional Mexico, but also from the nascent ‘Mexa’ reggaeton, such as El Bogueto, who will accompany him during his next tour from May 30 to June 9.
