Bayamon – The electoral college of the primaries of the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) at the Agustin Stahl school, in this municipality, did not open this Sunday because the officials did not arrive, so citizens are being referred to vote at the Jose Antonio Davila campus, about five minutes away by car.

The new day arrived at the Agustin Stahl school and school staff mentioned that The situation began yesterday, Saturday, when the officials did not come to prepare the school for the elections, supposedly because they were unwell..

Earlier today, on a tour to verify the situation of the voting centers, the mayor of Bayamon, Ramon Luis Rivera Cruz, confirmed the situation at the school, but indicated that he would not take action because “it is an internal matter” of the PPD, where he is not active. He said, however, that he had talked about, in case of electricity service interruptions, supplying batteries where there are open polling stations.
