Puerto Rican soccer player Leandro Antonetti scores a couple of goals and leads CD Lugo’s comeback

The Puerto Rican soccer player Leandro Antonetti played a key role in his team’s comeback on Sunday, the CD Lugoin the home victory (4-3) over Sestao River Club on matchday number 29 of the First Federation, the third category of Spanish football.

Antonetti, 21 years old, scored a couple of goals in the second half to tie the game at three goals apiece, giving way to his teammate, Sergio Aguza, to score the final goal.

With the double, the Puerto Rican striker reached the number of three goals in the competition. His last goal was on November 19 against Sabadell. In the Copa del Rey, Antonetti added three more, including one against Atletico de Madrid at the beginning of the year.

“The first half hour was chaos. I think that after we scored the first goal, we came together as a group. “The coach motivated us in the locker room,” Antonetti said in a mixed zone on the CD Lugo website.
