“Our staff went out to investigate at that time, and they began to see that there was oil at that point of the dock and in the storm drains. “So, they have been trying to find the source of where the oil comes from,” Castrodad explained.

“We understand from tests that have been carried out that this may be related to some historical pipes that have been in the area of ​​​​that entire water front in the Old San Juan dock and occasionally, periodically, always after a lot of rain, it occurs. every few years that this condition manifests itself”he indicated.
