The mayor of Bayamon, Ramon Luis Riveraassured that the Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium will have capacity for 10,500 people for the match between the adult men’s National Team and its Anguilla counterpart, as part of the qualifying process for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

In this way, Rivera denied the information provided by the Puerto Rican Football Federation (FPF) in a press release announcing the early sale of tickets for the meeting, noting that only 3,000 seats would be available.

The match between Puerto Rico and Anguilla is scheduled for June 11 and is expected to mark the player’s debut Jeremy de Leon with the adult team after competing with the under-20 team.

His signing with the Puerto Rico team was announced on May 9 by the FPF in a video broadcast on its social networks and through a press release. Likewise, it was reported that Leandro Antonetti -who has already played with the adult team- will also be in the World Cup qualifiers.
