The Leones de Ponce announce their two reinforcements for the 2024 BSN season

The Ponce Lions National Superior Basketball (BSN) They announced this Friday the two players who will be their reinforcements for the 2024 tournament that will start on April 3, and that they were signed with the intention of strengthening both the paint and the perimeter.

The franchise, through a press release, highlighted that being able to count on strong forward Jordan Murphy as part of its native cast this year, unlike 2023 when he served a punishment for failing a doping test, will allow The Lions modify their selection of imports to also reinforce the perimeter.

Jalen Adams, a 6’3″ player who can be used as a point guard and also as a shooting guard due to his offensive capabilities, will be one of them. The other import will be Royce Hamm Jr., 6’9″, who can play as a forward and center.

According to reports about his credentials, Adams played NCAA college basketball in the United States with UCONN University, and later ventured into professionalism playing in the G-League and in Europe for several teams, including in the Euroleague and with the well-known Maccabi Tel-Aviv club in Israel.
