After listening to the evidence presented by the Mayaguez Prosecutor’s Office of the Justice Departmenthe Judge Hector Lopez determined cause for trial against Alexis Alicea Torreswho is accused of incest, child abuse and threats against his 13-year-old daughter, in events that would have started in 2020.
