They identify a woman who was found dead among a group of immigrants in Isabela

He Institute of Forensic Sciences (ICF) identified, on Sunday afternoon, as Jessica Jean, 25, the woman who was found dead on May 15 among a group of 34 immigrants of undefined immigration status who were detained at Shacks Beach, which adjoins Isabella and Aguadilla.

Agency spokesperson Betsy Rivera confirmed to The new day the information and added that the deceased is a relative of Leonard Prophila leader of the Haitian community based in Puerto Rico and who was allegedly the one who identified his body.

According to the Police, Jean was reported missing on Saturday afternoon by her sister Hibelise Sylffrard.

This afternoon, the Missing Persons Section of the CIC Aguadilla Area reported the location of Jessica Jean. Subsequently, Sylffrard went to the ICF after being informed about the discovery of the body of a woman described as having a dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, five feet and seven inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, wearing black pants and a black blouse.
