“Sunday is a normal day in terms of Prohibition administration. The difference is that people are going to vote in the primaries.”said the electoral commissioner.

As provided in the Electoral Code, the legislation that regulates the operation of alcoholic beverage establishments is only implemented during the day of a general election.
