From his new campaign headquarters on Paseo de Diego, in Rio Piedras, the candidate for mayor of San Juan del Citizen Victory Movement (MVC), Manuel Natal Albeloon Tuesday outlined some of the pillars of his government program, which will include proposals such as developing an anti-corruption code, technological mechanisms to report irregularities, consultations with residents on municipal statutes and reestablishing community councils in the capital.

“From our municipal administration, we will be establishing a zero tolerance policy for corruption. We will be incorporating technological mechanisms to allow both municipal employees and citizens to report any irregularities or acts of corruption and also present evidence to support their allegations,” shared Natal Albelo and his team, four months before the elections.
